We knew that the eagerly awaited Apple Watch was going to be with us in the spring of 2015, but what we weren’t expecting was that it was going to be later on in the spring.
Mashable’s Adario Strange reports that in an internal video message for employees of the Cupertino-based firm, Angela Ahrendts, Apple’s Senior Vice President of Retail and Online Stores stated “we’ll go into Chinese New Year, and then we’ve got a new watch launch coming in the spring” indicating that the Watch will not be out in stores until at least 20th February. This will miss what most people had surmised would be a Valentine’s Day launch, although this may still be on the cards.
So, we know a little more, but not much. Apple certainly know how to keep the public hanging.
